Christmas Opening & Delivery Times
Last order date for delivery before the festive period is Monday 23rd December before 5pm: however; ordering earlier is highly recommended. Orders placed on this day will be delivered on Tuesday 24th December.
Any orders placed on Tuesday 24th December or over the festive period will be delivered on Friday 3rd January 2025.
UK Office Direct will close at 5pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024, re-opening at 9:00am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
During the holiday period our phone lines will close at 1pm on 24th December 2024 and reopen at 9am on 2nd January 2025.

*Delivery for business & personal customers is FREE of charge on orders over £49 excl. VAT. Orders under £49 excl. VAT are subject to a £5.95 delivery charge.
Customised product delivery
Some customised furniture and safes require special couriers to complete a delivery. If you've ordered a product to an area other than the ground floor or to premises with non-vehicular access, there may be an additional delivery charge.
This information will be clearly displayed on the product page and in the Shopping Basket view.
Additional delivery costs
Some orders, particularly heavy goods such as furniture, may incur additional delivery charges if being delivered to areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands. In the event of additional delivery costs occurring, we will contact you prior to the goods being despatched as soon as possible.
Reward items and free gifts
Reward item delivery is free of charge with all business orders over £49 (ex VAT).
If you'd like to claim a reward item without placing an order, you'll be charged a small delivery fee of £5.95 + VAT.

We offer FREE Next Business Day Delivery for the majority of postcodes within the mainland UK. Delivery will be made to kerbside.
Next Business Day Delivery is not possible for the following postcodes ranges:

Delivery & Installation
Our Delivery and Installation Service uses a dedicated vehicle to deliver to the required address. Carried out by a team of fully trained and skilled installers, who provide a professional and quality service. All combined delivery and installations will be completed within 6 to 10 business days. You will be notified of the day and time in advance. On the day, our drivers will call one hour before arrival to let you know they are on their way.
Installation includes the removal of all packaging, inspection of all goods and we will clean down the area on completion.
- Deliveries between 9am and 5pm
- 24 hours’ notice is required to amend or cancel any delivery and installation
- Charges will be calculated at checkout
