Our Rewards Scheme started on October 1st 2024 and all orders placed on October 1st or after will accumulate points.
How do I check my points balance?

Login to your online account and view your points balance in the Rewards tab on the My Account section of the website.
Are there more ways to earn points?

Yes, by leaving product reviews, online feedback and saving your office printer to your account earns you additional points.
Do points expire?

In order to retain your reward points a minimum of 1 order must be placed in a rolling 12 month period.
Is there a delivery charge when redeeming rewards?

A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to orders if the total basket value is under £49 excl. VAT. FREE delivery applies to orders over £49 excl. VAT.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Reward points cannot be transferred to another account and must be redeemed by the account holder.
